The only official channel for Snowflake Studios support is our Discord Server.

We do not provide technical support via Tebex messages, CFX Forum direct messages, or GitHub issues.

Support Tiers

Premium Customers: Receive priority support channels upon linking their Tebex account to our Discord via the official bot integration. Ensure your Roles are synced!

Lite / Free Customers: Can utilize the community-help channels. Because our free releases are open source, we encourage developers to modify and share fixes among each other.

📜 Licensing & Usage Policy

By purchasing or downloading a Snowflake Studios script, you agree to the following conditions:

Allowed

• Modifying open-source files (config.lua, html/, client/main.lua where unencrypted) to fit your server's specific framework and needs.

• Using our assets on a monetized server.

Strictly Prohibited

• Redistribution: Sharing Escrowed or Open Source premium files with anyone who has not purchased a license.

• Reselling: Re-packing our Lite/Free scripts into a "Custom Server Base" and charging money for it.

• Decompiling / Bypassing: Attempting to decrypt or bypass Tebex Escrow active hooks.

Any violation will result in an immediate and permanent ban from acquiring future resources, as well as a DMCA notice to CFX/Tebex.
