Introduction
To ensure you have the best experience running Snowflake Studios scripts, please review this onboarding guide. It covers essential steps to secure your downloads and receive ongoing support.
1. Join the Discord Community
Your first step as a Snowflake Studios customer should be joining our official Discord network.
This is the primary hub for:
Announcements: Get pinged immediately when a new script drops.
Release Notes: Read full, detailed changelogs whenever a script receives a version bump (e.g., Lite v1.0.1).
Support Tickets: Access priority support channels if you run into configuration issues or bugs.
Ensure your Discord account is linked to your Tebex account to automatically receive customer roles that unlock support channels!
2. Script Distribution & Updates
We utilize standard, secure methods for script distribution depending on the script tier:
Lite / Free Releases: Available directly via GitHub or our Tebex store. These are open-source and updates require a manual re-download.
Premium Escrowed: Delivered and updated automatically via the CFX Keymaster (Asset Manager). To update, simply re-download via Keymaster when announced in Discord.
Premium Open Source: Delivered via Tebex. You will have full source control, though manual updates will be required when core features patch.
3. Server Requirements
Our scripts are built to be incredibly compatible, but our core requirements typically include:
ox_libfor UI elements, callbacks, and zones.baseevents(a default FiveM resource) enabled for combat logging.A recent FiveM server artifact.
